Why the ZQ600 Plus Series
The ZQ600 Plus Series is Zebra's premium mobile label printer line in three widths. Zebra names these models as the replacements for the ZQ610, ZQ620 and ZQ630 and the older QLn220, QLn320 and QLn420.
ZQ610 Plus prints 48 mm wide on 25 to 55.4 mm media, ZQ620 Plus 72 mm on 25 to 79 mm, and ZQ630 Plus 104 mm on 51 to 112 mm. All three print at 203 dpi and up to 115 mm/s.
Prints die-cut labels and tags, linerless labels and receipt paper, with black-mark and gap sensing. Peel-and-present mode with a label-present sensor hands over one label at a time. Labels can be 12.7 mm to 813 mm long.
Dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax, 2.4 and 5 GHz, no 6 GHz) with WPA3 and 802.11r/k/v roaming, and Bluetooth 5.3 at the same time. Bluetooth-only and Wi-Fi 5 versions are also offered. Ethernet is available through the charging cradle; USB and RS-232 serial are built in.
A removable 3,250 mAh battery in the ZQ610 Plus and ZQ620 Plus, with an extended-capacity option (the belt clip does not fit it), and a 6,600 mAh battery in the ZQ630 Plus. The printer reports battery health, sleeps when idle and wakes over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth when a job arrives.
IP54 against dust and water, multiple drops to concrete from 1.52 m (ZQ610 Plus, ZQ620 Plus) or 1.83 m (ZQ630 Plus), and operation from -20 °C to 50 °C. The 288 × 240 colour display has tempered glass.

Use the ZQ620 Plus for shelf-edge or markdown labels with the item's own GTIN on its 72 mm print width, and the 104 mm ZQ630 Plus for carton labels with GS1-128. Indian retail goods registered with GS1 India carry 13-digit GTINs starting 890, printed as EAN-13. The ZQ600 Plus Series prints EAN-13, EAN-8, UCC/EAN-128 (GS1-128) and GS1 DataBar, so a store team can print both.
In hot weather, keep both the charging printers and the label stock indoors. The ZQ600 Plus batteries (3,250 mAh, or 6,600 mAh in the ZQ630 Plus) charge at 0 °C to 40 °C, ideally from 5 °C, and Zebra's user guide says never to charge them in direct sunlight or above 40 °C. Zebra also notes that direct thermal labels slowly lose legibility in high heat or sunlight.
Confirm your vehicle voltage before ordering for delivery vans. Zebra lists its vehicle and forklift cradle for the ZQ630 Plus with a 15 V to 60 V DC supply. That covers 24 V and 48 V systems, as used on trucks and many forklifts, but a 12 V car or small-van supply is below the 15 V minimum. The ZQ610 Plus and ZQ620 Plus use a separate vehicle adapter, for which the user guide gives no input range.

Zebra ended support for the QLn220 and QLn320 in August 2024 and for the QLn420 in December 2025. It names the ZQ610 Plus, ZQ620 Plus and ZQ630 Plus as the replacements, in the same 2, 3 and 4-inch widths. Zebra also states the ZQ600 Plus Series is backward compatible with QLn accessories, so tell us which chargers and cradles you already have.
Zebra stopped selling the original ZQ610, ZQ620 and ZQ630 (including the healthcare versions) in May 2023 and supports them until May 2028. Zebra names the Plus models as their replacements; in the Wi-Fi version they run Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) and Bluetooth 5.3 at the same time. Existing ZQ600 printers can stay in service; add Plus models as you grow or replace.
Choose by label size. The ZQ610 Plus prints up to 48 mm wide for small item labels and receipts. The ZQ620 Plus prints up to 72 mm for shelf-edge and pick labels. The ZQ630 Plus prints up to 104 mm for 4-inch shipping and pallet labels and has the largest battery. Include a sample label when you ask for a quote.
Zebra makes healthcare versions of the ZQ610 Plus and ZQ620 Plus, but Allmark does not supply them. We supply the standard ZQ610 Plus, ZQ620 Plus and ZQ630 Plus.
Yes, mainly the 4-inch ZQ630 Plus. Zebra offers a vehicle and forklift cradle for it with a 15-60 V DC power supply, RAM arm mounts and a forklift mobile mount. The ZQ610 Plus and ZQ620 Plus have a separate vehicle adapter. For desks and packing stations there are single-bay Ethernet cradles for all three and a 4-bay cradle for the ZQ610 Plus and ZQ620 Plus; the printer keeps working while it charges.
