E-Waste Management Policy

Flow of Channelization

We have partnered with E-Parisaraa Private Limited, a recycler registered with UPPCB, for the management and dismantling/recycling/disposal of all our e-waste.

• As a part of the agreement, E-Parisaraa Private Limited collects all our e-waste generated across India and disposes of it at their plant in Saharanpur, UP.
• E-Parisaraa Private Limited, our e-waste management partner, holds all authorizations related to e-waste dismantling from UPPCB / CPCB, along with all consents related to air, water and hazardous waste. They have a capacity of 3,636 MT per annum.
• Keeping in view our sales volume and our generation of e-waste, we have decided to follow these mechanisms in our organization for the collection of e-waste.
• There is a toll-free number on which the company / authorized recycler can be contacted to locate collection points for returning the handsets (e-waste), or to arrange a pick-up of e-waste.
• Awareness through the website, newspaper advertisements, user manuals, product packaging and banners at service centres, to make customers aware of the hazards of improper handling of e-waste, and to direct them to the nearest e-waste drop point or schedule a pick-up from their doorstep with the help of our pan-India logistics facility.
