About our product information

Where our specifications, part numbers and end-of-life dates come from, how we keep them current, and what to rely on when you buy.

Where our product information comes from

On our current product pages, we write specifications, part numbers and end-of-life dates from the maker's own published documents: datasheets, specification sheets, product pages, parts catalogues and support notices. Older pages are being brought to the same standard.

  • On our current product pages, specification tables name the maker and the date we last checked the maker's documents.
  • Part numbers are listed only after we find them, exactly, on the maker's own site.
  • End-of-life notices give the maker's own dates and link to the maker's notice.
  • Where we can, product pages link to the maker's page, so you can see the original.

When makers change things

Makers launch new models, withdraw old ones, revise specifications and change part numbers, often without notice. We update our pages when we learn of a change, but there can be a gap between the maker's change and our update.

If a detail decides your purchase, such as a range, an interface, a certification or a support date, check it on the maker's own page, or ask us and we will confirm it for you.

What counts when you buy

The pages on this site help you choose. Your written quotation states the exact model, configuration and part number we will supply, so you can check it before you order.

Warranty on maker hardware is the maker's warranty, on the maker's terms; for anything else, your quotation states the warranty. We take care to keep every page accurate and current, but we cannot promise that every detail is complete or up to date at every moment, so please confirm the details that matter to you before you order.

Brand names and trademarks

Zebra, Honeywell, TSC, Godex, Newland, TVS Electronics and the other brand and model names on this site belong to their owners. We use them only to name the products we sell and support.

The pages on this site are written by Allmark. They are not the makers' own pages, and a maker's name on this site does not mean that the maker endorses Allmark. Service and repairs by Allmark are our own work; we do not describe them as authorised by any maker.

How we buy the products we sell

We buy every brand we sell through the makers' authorised distribution channels in India. Our partner status with individual makers can change from year to year, so if you need details of the supply channel for a tender or an audit, ask us when you request your quotation.

Found something wrong?

Tell us. We check the maker's document and correct the page. A note of the page and the detail is enough.
