Two Zebra ZQ320 Plus mobile receipt and label printers, standard and outdoor versions

Why the ZQ310 Plus / ZQ320 Plus

Receipts and linerless labels, light enough for the whole route

The ZQ300 Plus Series is Zebra's current small mobile printer line, in a 2-inch (ZQ310 Plus) and a 3-inch (ZQ320 Plus) width. It succeeds the ZQ310 / ZQ320 and the older iMZ220 / iMZ320.

Two widths, one platform

The ZQ310 Plus prints 48 mm wide on 58 mm media; the ZQ320 Plus prints 72 mm wide on 80 mm media. Both print at 203 dpi and up to 100 mm/s, and share the same battery and chargers.

Receipts and linerless labels

Zebra lists direct thermal receipt paper and linerless labels, with a black-mark sensor as standard and a gap sensor as an option. In line mode print length is not limited, which suits long invoices.

Light enough for a full route

0.37 kg (ZQ310 Plus) or 0.43 kg (ZQ320 Plus) with the battery. The 2,280 mAh, 7.2 V Li-ion battery is removable.

Made for indoor and outdoor rounds

Zebra lists IP54 sealing, 1.5 m drops tested across the operating temperature range and 500 tumbles from 1 m. It operates from -15 °C to 50 °C. Zebra offers an indoor design and a scuff-resistant dark grey design for outdoor work.

Pairs with phones and handhelds

Bluetooth 4.1 (Classic and BLE), MFi certified for iOS, with a passive NFC tag and a USB-C port. Zebra lists Android, iOS, Windows CE and Windows Mobile devices. Each printer ships either Bluetooth-only or with dual-radio Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) plus Bluetooth.

Fits your billing app

They run Link-OS, accept CPCL and ZPL, and can be managed remotely with Zebra's Printer Profile Manager Enterprise (licensed separately).

For buyers in India

Using the ZQ310 Plus / ZQ320 Plus in India

These are the points buyers in India ask us about the ZQ310 Plus / ZQ320 Plus. Mention the ones that apply to you when you request a quote.

Print the GST invoice QR and test the scan

The 2-inch ZQ310 Plus (48 mm print width) and 3-inch ZQ320 Plus (72 mm) print QR Code, and line mode has no length limit, so a billing app can print a long GST e-invoice and its QR as one strip. Scan a printed invoice QR with a verification app before rollout, and ask us to set up your format and print test labels on your roll.

Add a UPI payment QR to route receipts

A van-sales app can add the distributor's UPI QR to receipts from the ZQ310 Plus or ZQ320 Plus, so the shop owner can pay by scanning it. Both printers print QR Code.

Charge batteries indoors, below 40 °C

Charge ZQ310 Plus and ZQ320 Plus batteries indoors, for example overnight in a 3-slot charger, not in a parked van or on its dashboard. The printers keep printing from -15 °C to 50 °C, but their 2,280 mAh battery charges only between 0 °C and 40 °C.

IP54 handles light rain; cover it in heavy rain

Keep the printer covered in heavy monsoon rain: IP54 is not rated for water jets or immersion. In IP54, the 5 means dust cannot get in enough to stop the printer working, and the 4 means protection against water splashed from any direction. Zebra describes IP54 as suited to brief, light rain while walking between vehicle and shop. Confirm the design you order is the IP54 one.

Questions buyers ask

ZQ310 Plus / ZQ320 Plus FAQ

What is the price of the Zebra ZQ310 Plus / ZQ320 Plus in India?

The ZQ310 Plus / ZQ320 Plus price depends on the options you add and the quantity. We can quote the labels or receipt rolls with it. Ask our team for today's competitive price: share your requirement and budget, and we will help you choose the right configuration and send a written quotation with current pricing and delivery time.

ZQ310 / ZQ320 or ZQ310 Plus / ZQ320 Plus?

Zebra stopped selling the original ZQ310 and ZQ320 in October 2022 and ended support in December 2025. It names the ZQ310 Plus and ZQ320 Plus as their replacements, in the same 2-inch and 3-inch widths. The older iMZ220 and iMZ320 are also past Zebra support. Zebra lists its chargers, docking cradles, cases and vehicle holders for this series as fitting both ZQ300 and ZQ300 Plus printers, so those accessories can stay in use.

Can it print both receipts and labels?

Zebra's spec sheet lists direct thermal receipt paper and linerless labels as the media types. A black-mark sensor is standard and a gap sensor is an option. For die-cut labels and tags on a liner, Zebra's ZQ600 Plus Series lists those media types. Include your label size and a sample with your enquiry so the quote matches your media.

Will it work with our Android or iPhone billing app?

It depends on the app. The printers have Bluetooth 4.1 (Classic and BLE), are MFi certified for iOS, and Zebra lists Android, iOS, Windows CE and Windows Mobile devices. Your app must send CPCL or ZPL, the two languages the printers accept. Name your billing app when you ask for a quote.

Can it be used outdoors?

Zebra rates the ZQ310 Plus and ZQ320 Plus to IP54 against dust and splashes, tests them for 1.5 m drops across the operating range and for 500 tumbles from 1 m. They operate from -15 °C to 50 °C. The battery charges only between 0 °C and 40 °C. A parked van in summer can be hotter than 40 °C, so charge indoors where possible.

How do we keep a fleet of printers charged?

Zebra offers a 1-slot and a 3-slot battery charger, a 1-slot docking cradle and a 5-slot docking charger for up to five printers. For vans there is a cigarette lighter adapter, and a dual vehicle charging adapter that charges the printer together with a Zebra TC51, TC52, TC56 or TC57 mobile computer. Add the chargers you need to your quotation.
