Why the Granit Ultra 2100i
The Granit Ultra 2100i is Honeywell's current corded ultra-rugged scanner. Honeywell names the 2100iSR and 2100iHD as replacements for the Granit 1920i DPM.
SR reads from contact to arm's length. HD reads 1D and 2D codes as small as 2 mil. XR reads UPC/EAN-13 to about 1.8 m and 100 mil Code 39 to 10.85 m. XLR reads 100 mil Code 39 to about 30 m.
Honeywell uses faster processing and AI-based decoding in the 2100i to read difficult codes on the first scan.
Tested to 3 m drops (MIL-STD-810G), 50 drops from 2 m and 7,500 tumbles at 1 m. Sealed to IP65 and IP68, rated from -30 °C to 50 °C, with a trigger tested to 3 million cycles.
The 2100i can read several codes in its field of view and send the data in a set order using Honeywell's Data Format Editor, useful for part labels that carry part number, lot and serial codes.
USB, keyboard wedge or RS-232 TTL, with cables to convert to ±12 V RS-232. Allmark connects scanners to ERP, MES and warehouse software and provides on-site installation and training.

For buyers in India
These are the points buyers in India ask us about the Granit Ultra 2100i. Mention the ones that apply to you when you request a quote.
Keep 2100i scanners used in freezers in the cold zone where you can: a unit carried out into warm, humid air will mist over until it warms. The 2100i is rated down to -30 °C, and its humidity rating is non-condensing.
The Granit Ultra 2100i reads QR and Data Matrix codes, so it scans the QR codes on active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) labels, on drums and cartons alike.
The 2100i suits open yards in the monsoon and plant floors that are hosed down, but not high-pressure or steam cleaning. It is sealed to IP65 and IP68. Under IEC 60529, IP65 means dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction. IP68 covers continuous immersion under conditions the manufacturer sets.

Questions buyers ask
The Granit Ultra 2100i price depends on the cable or accessories you need and the quantity. Ask our team for today's competitive price: share your requirement and budget, and we will help you choose the right configuration and send a written quotation with current pricing and delivery time.
Honeywell lists the Granit 1920i as end of life from May 2025, with service until December 2028, and names the Granit Ultra 2100iSR and 2100iHD as its replacements. Existing 1920i users can keep running them. Honeywell's 2100i datasheet does not list direct part mark (DPM) reading, so if you read DPM codes, talk to us before ordering. The 2100i adds IP68 sealing, 7,500 tumbles and HD reading down to 2 mil.
Honeywell's Granit Ultra 2100i datasheet does not list direct part mark (DPM) reading or DPM reading distances for any version. If your parts carry dot-peen or laser-etched marks, share sample parts or clear photos of your marks when you ask for a quote, so a suitable scanner can be confirmed with Honeywell before you order.
SR suits printed labels from contact to arm's length. HD suits very small codes, down to 2 mil, on electronic parts and small components. XR reads near codes and UPC labels up to about 1.8 m. XLR is for warehouse racks, reading 100 mil Code 39 up to about 30 m. Tell us your smallest code and the longest reading distance you need.
Honeywell rates the 2100i from -30 °C to 50 °C and seals it to IP65 and IP68 against dust and water. It survives 3 m drops and 7,500 tumbles. Heaters are listed among Honeywell's accessories; ask us if you need one for very cold areas.
Yes. Honeywell lists QR, Micro QR and Data Matrix among the 2100i's 2D codes. Which fields your ERP or batch-record software picks up depends on that software, so tell us what you use when you ask for a quote.
Yes. We install the Granit Ultra 2100i at your site, set it to send data the way your ERP, warehouse or billing software expects (our own warehouse management system included) and train your team. Tell us the software when you ask for a quote, and we include the setup in the quotation.
Send what you scan, where you scan it and the software it feeds; we reply with a written quotation.
