Why the Granit 1991iSR
The Granit 1991iSR (Granit XP 1991iSR on Honeywell's datasheet) is the cordless partner of the Granit 1990iSR and the current successor to the Granit 1911i.
Tested to 3 m drops (MIL-STD-810G), 20 drops from 2.4 m and 7,000 tumbles at 1 m, and sealed to IP65 and IP67. The small, recessed scan window resists scratches and impacts.
The lithium-ion battery (2,450 mAh minimum) gives up to 50,000 scans per charge, or about 14 hours at one scan per second.
Bluetooth 4.2, Class 1, reaches up to 100 m line of sight from the base, so operators can scan parts, bins and pallets without dragging a cable.
A 1280 × 800 area imager with motion tolerance up to 4,500 mm/s reads damaged and low-quality 1D and 2D labels. A 13 mil UPC reads from contact to about 0.5 m.
The base connects over USB, keyboard wedge or RS-232 TTL. Allmark integrates scanners with ERP, MES and warehouse software and provides on-site installation and training.

Stores staff can capture supplier e-invoice and e-way bill QR codes at goods inward with the 1991iSR, up to 100 m line of sight from the base. In Honeywell's tests it reads a 20 mil QR code from 33 mm to 475 mm.
After a chiller, let the 1991iSR warm up before scanning outside, or its window will mist. Honeywell rates it for up to 95% humidity, non-condensing.
In the monsoon, keep the 1991iSR's charge and communication base under a roof and away from splashes, even when the scanner itself goes out into an open yard. The scanner is sealed to IP65 and IP67, but the base only to IP51. Under IEC 60529, IP51 means dust-protected (some dust can enter) and protected from vertically dripping water.

Questions buyers ask
The Granit 1991iSR price depends on the cable or accessories you need and the quantity. Ask our team for today's competitive price: share your requirement and budget, and we will help you choose the right configuration and send a written quotation with current pricing and delivery time.
The Granit 1911i is no longer sold, and the Granit 1991iSR is its successor: Honeywell's current cordless standard-range Granit. On Honeywell's datasheets, the 1991iSR moves from Bluetooth 2.1 to 4.2, from an 838 × 640 to a 1280 × 800 imager, from IP65 to IP65 and IP67 sealing, and from 5,000 to 7,000 tumbles. Battery life is similar at about 14 hours.
Both use the same rugged Granit housing and 1280 × 800 imager. Choose the cordless 1991iSR when operators walk around parts, bins or pallets. Choose the corded 1990iSR for fixed workstations, or where the temperature drops below -20 °C: Honeywell rates the corded model down to -30 °C with Honeywell's industrial-grade cable, which is ordered separately.
The 1991iSR is a standard-range scanner for arm's-length work. In Honeywell's typical tests a 13 mil UPC reads from contact to 504 mm and a 20 mil Code 39 to 837 mm. For labels on high racks, look at the Granit XP 1991iXLR, which reads 100 mil Code 39 rack labels up to 24 m.
Honeywell rates the lithium-ion battery (2,450 mAh minimum) for up to 50,000 scans per charge, or about 14 hours at one scan per second. That covers a typical shift. For back-to-back shifts, ask for a spare battery in the same quotation.
Yes. We install the Granit 1991iSR at your site, set it to send data the way your ERP, warehouse or billing software expects (our own warehouse management system included) and train your team. Tell us the software when you ask for a quote, and we include the setup in the quotation.
Send what you scan, where you scan it and the software it feeds; we reply with a written quotation.
