Why the CT32
The CT32 is Honeywell's mid-range touch handheld on its Mobility Edge platform, at 269 g and 13.9 mm thick.
It ships with Android 14, and Honeywell plans upgrades to Android 16 and Android 18, subject to Qualcomm confirming technical feasibility. That gives a longer security-update window for a multi-year rollout.
Choose the S0703 imager for standard-range scanning, or the FlexRange S0803, which Honeywell rates to about 11 m (35 ft) with a green laser aimer that stays visible in sunlight.
Wi-Fi 6E covers the 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz bands with fast roaming. The cellular model adds 5G and 4G LTE with one nano-SIM plus one eSIM, and dual-band GPS.
Sealed to IP65 and IP68, rated for multiple 1.5 m drops to concrete (1.8 m with the TPU boot) and 1,000 tumbles from 0.5 m, from -20 °C to 50 °C.
The 4,500 mAh battery is removable, charges fully in under 3.5 hours and has built-in diagnostics. Honeywell states 12+ hours on a standard battery, depending on use.
Honeywell offers universal docks, quad charging bases, a scan handle and an RFID reader handle. Allmark can connect the CT32 to your WMS, inventory or ERP software and set it up on site.

For buyers in India
These are the points buyers in India ask us about the CT32. Mention the ones that apply to you when you request a quote.
The CT32's 4G bands cover Jio, Airtel and Vi; confirm the India model's bands before ordering. Honeywell's datasheet band list includes LTE bands 1, 3, 5, 8, 40 and 41. Jio uses bands 3, 5 and 40 for 4G, Airtel uses 1, 3, 8 and 40 (plus band 5 in some circles) and Vi uses 1, 3, 8 and 41 (plus band 40 in some circles).
The CT32 lists n28 and n78, the bands Indian operators use for 5G, but not n258 (26 GHz); confirm the India model's bands before ordering. Jio runs standalone 5G on n28 (700 MHz) and n78 (3.3 GHz); Airtel and Vi use n78. Honeywell's datasheet band list includes n28 and n78 for standalone 5G and n78 for non-standalone. It does not list n258, the 26 GHz millimetre-wave band all three operators bought in 2022.
Before you plan a 6 GHz network for the CT32, confirm that India units have 6 GHz enabled. Using 6 GHz also needs 6 GHz access points. The CT32 supports 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz Wi-Fi.
If a contract or tender asks for NavIC positioning, check this first: Honeywell does not list NavIC, ISRO's regional navigation system, for the CT32. The CT32 receives dual-band GPS (L1 and L5), Galileo, GLONASS and BeiDou.
Keep the CT32 out of direct sun and hot parked vehicles. Honeywell rates it from -20 °C to 50 °C and 5% to 95% humidity, non-condensing, and seals it to IP65 and IP68 against dust, rain and immersion.

Questions buyers ask
The CT32 price depends on the accessories (cradles, spare batteries) and the quantity. Ask our team for today's competitive price: share your requirement and budget, and we will help you choose the right configuration and send a written quotation with current pricing and delivery time.
The CT32 ships with Android 14. Honeywell plans upgrades to Android 16 and Android 18, subject to Qualcomm confirming technical feasibility. That is a longer path than the ScanPal EDA52, which ships with Android 11. A longer path matters if you plan to use the devices for several years and need security updates.
The S0703 imager suits barcodes at hand distance, such as billing, picking and proof of delivery. The FlexRange S0803 reads from close up to about 11 m (35 ft), so staff can also scan labels on high racks or across a yard without a second device. Describe your labels and distances and we will recommend one.
Only if staff work away from your Wi-Fi, for example delivery, field sales or yard work. Honeywell sells a Wi-Fi-only CT32 and a Wi-Fi + cellular model with 5G and 4G LTE, one nano-SIM and one eSIM. Honeywell's datasheet band list includes n28 and n78 (Jio uses both; Airtel and Vi use n78). Confirm the India model's bands before ordering. For store or warehouse use with good Wi-Fi 6E or Wi-Fi 5 coverage, the Wi-Fi model is enough.
The EDA52 is the value option with a 5.5-inch HD screen, Wi-Fi 5, optional 4G and a standard-range imager. The CT32 adds a 6-inch Full HD screen, Wi-Fi 6E, optional 5G, IP68 sealing, Android 14 with planned upgrades, and an optional long-range FlexRange imager. Tell us your workflow and we will recommend one.
